Structured to best utilize the high energy level and skill sets appropriate for ages 3 through 5, "Little Tigers" classes teach the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do, along with developing basic gross motor skills.

Through the use of game-like exercises and repetition, "Little Tigers" also gain self-confidence, develop focus and learn respect and discipline.

The motivating traditional belt system is modified for this group, allowing them advance through a series of four levels of white beltshey, like all students in the school, get to experience the thrill of testing.

Students move up to the "Children" level classes when deemed
appropriate by Master Jun and Master Kim.

"Little Tigers" enjoy this fun 30 minute class twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45-6:15.

     
 
         

Children train together throughout the week in classes devoted to students ages 4 through 11, allowing them to both learn from each other and to act as leaders.

Your child will flourish under the tutelage of Grandmaster Jun as he personally nurtures physical skills along with mental skills, such as respect, concentration, and discipline. We develop the whole child to produce physically fit, confident and respectful children.

Three different levels of classes are offered throughout the week: beginner (lower colored belt), higher colored belt and black belt. 

Each class is 45 minutes long and students are encouraged to
attend two sessions per week, in addition to regular practice at home. 

To accommodate busy schedules, unforeseen conflicts and illness,
make up classes are offered Saturday mornings.

In addition, for those students who have attained green belt level (or higher), a specialized Olympic style sparring class taught by two time World Champion Master Jun is offered Friday early evenings at no extra cost!

Our Teen & Adult classes offer a complete training program that develops a strong core, increases stamina, fosters weight loss and increases strength. 


Courage, leadership and self-discipline are emphasized as each student is challenged to be the best that he or she can be.  Learn traditional Taekwondo and self defense, all while getting a fantastic work out! 


Our 45 minute long Teen & Adult classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  Students are encouraged to attend both classes each week, along with regular practice at home. 


Character is strengthened and mental focus is developed.
